Document flow
A flow can be generated immediately by turning an order into a waste transport form.
Optionally, a handwritten signature applied to documents can also be integrated.
The information filled in by the collector reduces the risk of human error and increases efficiency in the waste handover process.
In the final stage, a legal representative validates the correctness of the process for zero-risk reporting.
Documents can be generated in PDF format with a stamp applied, in the final format required by the authorities.
You receive alerts when: the order is launched, the transport form is created, the documents are uploaded and ready for reporting; alerts are bidirectional between the generator and the collector.
Waste record-keeping and mandatory documents can take up entire hours every month, especially when handled manually.
RW360 is a software application that simplifies waste management for the companies that generate waste and for the operators who collect it. On a single platform you have complete records of operations, automatically generated documents, and the information needed to comply with legal obligations.
Discover how RW360 can reduce the time you spend on administrative tasks
and give you complete control over waste management.
What does waste management mean?
Waste management is the set of activities through which waste is handled safely and in compliance with applicable legislation. The process begins the moment the waste is generated and continues with collection, sorting, temporary storage, transport, recovery, or final disposal, along with the preparation of mandatory documents.
Efficient waste management involves both logistical operations and compliance with administrative obligations. Waste management records, traceability documents, and the required reports must be prepared correctly so that every stage can be verified and demonstrated in the event of an inspection. A dedicated application like RW360 simplifies these processes by centralizing information and automating documents, giving users a clear picture of the entire waste management flow.
Who is required to manage waste correctly
The obligation to ensure waste management falls on all economic operators and institutions that generate waste in the course of their activity. Whether we’re talking about construction sites, production facilities, shops, warehouses, restaurants, clinics, or offices, each one must organize its waste records, hand the waste over to authorized operators, and keep the documents required by legislation.
Depending on their activity, companies must keep waste management records, appoint a waste management officer where legislation requires it, and meet the deadlines for submitting mandatory documents and reports.
Types of waste that must be managed
Each field of activity generates different categories of waste, and these require special solutions for collection, transport, and recovery. RW360 allows the main types of waste to be managed on a single platform, simplifying the organization of information and automating the documents needed for each operation.
The solution can be used for
several types of waste:
- Construction and demolition waste
- Industrial waste
- Recyclable waste
- Waste from commercial activities
- Hazardous waste
How does the waste management process work?
RW360 automates the main stages of waste management, from requesting a pickup to generating the necessary documents and reports. All information is centralized on a single platform, reducing the time spent on administrative tasks and the risk of errors.
Placing the pickup order – you quickly create a pickup request directly from the platform, entering the necessary information about waste, quantities, location, and operator, without repeated email or document exchanges;
Automatic document generation – once the order is registered, the application automatically fills in the required documents based on the entered information, eliminating manual entry and reducing the risk of errors;
Operations management and traceability – all orders, documents, and operations are kept in one place, so the history of each pickup can be easily tracked;
Report generation – the platform automatically centralizes the data and provides the reports needed for internal records, mandatory reporting, and authority inspections.
Who is the RW360 solution for?
RW360 is designed for companies and organizations that generate waste, as well as for the operators who collect it and need a simple way to manage the documents and records required by law. Regardless of the field of activity or the volume of operations, the application helps organize information in one place and reduces the time spent on administrative tasks. The platform can be used by:
Companies and economic operators
Operators authorized to collect waste
Construction sites and construction companies
Production and industrial facilities
Logistics centers, warehouses, and distribution companies
Shops, retail chains, and HoReCa operators
Public institutions and other organizations required to keep waste management records
The benefits of efficient waste management
Outsourcing these processes streamlines administrative bottlenecks and logistical risks in your company. Implementing an integrated waste management system turns waste from an unpredictable expense into a controlled operational flow, bringing several long-term advantages.
Reduced operating costs
Correct sorting at the source reduces the volume of waste that ends up in landfills. A well-structured waste management plan optimizes the company’s logistics costs and reduces fees.
Compliance with legal obligations
By keeping correctly prepared waste management records, your business is protected. You avoid the risk of being fined for failing to submit waste management records, since every report and form for waste management records is filled in correctly and on time.
Protecting
the environment
Controlled routing of waste toward recovery prevents pollution. Careful monitoring through the waste management record table ensures that recyclable, reusable materials don’t end up in landfills, supporting the circular economy.
Improving the company’s image.
Sustainability becomes a major advantage
Appointing a competent waste management officer and keeping an impeccable waste management file demonstrates maturity.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long must waste management documents be kept?
Documents attesting to waste management must be kept in accordance with the deadlines set out in current legislation, so they can be presented in the event of an authority inspection.
What happens if waste is not managed in accordance with legislation?
Failure to comply with the obligations set out in Emergency Ordinance no. 92/2021 on the waste regime can result in significant fines. For example, the absence of waste management records or their incorrect completion can be sanctioned, for legal entities, with fines ranging from 20,000 to 40,000 lei. Depending on the violation, the authorities may also order remedial measures or other sanctions provided by law.
Can we use our own containers for the temporary storage of hazardous materials?

Can we fully outsource waste management?
Yes. Many companies choose to outsource waste management services to benefit from expert support, compliance with legal obligations, and efficient management of the entire process.
